தந்தை பெரியார் மற்றும் எங்களது கொள்கைகள் மீது வலதுசாரி சக்திகளால் குறிவைத்து நிகழ்த்தப்படும் தாக்குதல்களை வன்மையாகக் கண்டிக்கிறேன்.
தந்தை பெரியார் ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட மக்களுக்காகப் போராடினார். பெண்ணுரிமைக்காக குரல் கொடுத்தார். ஜாதி முறைக்கு எதிராகப் பேசினார்.
ஆதிக்க சக்திகளுக்கு எதிரான திராவிடக் கருத்தியலை திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழகம் என்றும் பாதுகாக்கும்.

I strongly condemn this targeted attack on Periyar and our ideology by right-wing forces.

Periyar fought for the downtrodden classes. He voiced the rights of women. He spoke against the caste system.
The DMK will defend the Dravidian ideology against all such oppressive forces.
